1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

• Bonuses are credited to your pk947 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement on pk947 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated promotional period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without replacement or compensation.
• pk947 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an active account at the time of withdrawal are not affected.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, pattern betting to satisfy wagering with minimal risk, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games on the pk947 platform — including slots, table games, live dealer titles, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In addition:

• All software-based (RNG) games on pk947 operate using independently certified Random Number Generator systems. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

• In-play (live) bets on cricket matches, including PSL fixtures, are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle a player to cancel or reverse a bet already confirmed by the system.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided where the event is abandoned, where a clearly erroneous price was published, or where pk947 determines the integrity of the event is compromised.
• Match results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket). pk947's decision on settlement is final.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per event may be capped. Applicable limits are displayed in the betting interface before bet placement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk947 platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Operating multiple pk947 accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human tools to interact with pk947.
